OliPhenolia® is a 100% natural liquid dietary supplement derived from olives and olive leaves grown through biodynamic agriculture (Demeter-certified). It is a natural source of bioavailable polyphenols, including hydroxytyrosol, which belongs to the large family of natural polyphenols and whose properties have been the subject of numerous scientific studies in recent years.

Produced in two versions—bitter and sweetened with grape must—OliPhenolia is easy to consume and readily absorbed by the body. It is made from the fruit water produced during the olive pressing process, without the use of heat or chemical solvents, and remains in its original state: a dense, dark brown liquid with purple highlights.

This fruit water originates in the olive mill during the olive harvest season, when extra virgin olive oil is separated from the pulp and water naturally contained in the fruit. The water is then cold-filtered to further concentrate the polyphenols it contains. OliPhenolia is an exceptionally rich source of fresh olive polyphenols with high nutritional value. The olives are cultivated by Fattoria La Vialla using biodynamic farming methods.

Recommended Use

Take 2 jars (25 ml each) daily—one in the morning and one in the evening—between meals. It is recommended to repeat a 16-day cycle at least 3 or 4 times per year. Alternatively, 1 jar per day may be taken over extended periods as a maintenance regimen.

  • Not recommended for individuals who are allergic or intolerant to olives (or grapes, in the case of OliPhenolia with grape juice).

  • Store at room temperature and keep away from direct light and heat sources.

  • The best-before date applies only when the product is stored correctly.

  • Does not contain traces of histamine.

  • Gluten-free, lactose-free, and soy-free.

Single-Dose Packaging

The decision to package OliPhenolia in a box containing 32 single-dose servings, rather than in a larger bottle, was made to meet several important requirements:

  • To preserve delicate polyphenolic macromolecules (such as oleuropein aglycone and verbascoside) from oxidation caused by exposure to air and light.

  • To minimise the time required for pasteurisation.

  • To protect the contents from possible contamination resulting from the repeated opening and use of a large bottle.
